 I am a purpose driven CEO with a passion for digital transformation, Technology, Customer Service and Sales.

I am currently the co-founder owner and CEO for the MID Group our business comprises of MID Communications, MID Digital Solutions and MID Properties. I am also a Non executive for 4 other organisations across the charity sector, Membership organisation sector and the education sector.

I now want to work across more businesses to start my adventure as a consultant applying my lessons from my own businesses, my other business commitments that i am still involved in while further supporting a great network of business connections and communities to push and pull value from to help support more business leaders, boards, and businesses thrive and grow rather than just simply survive, joining dots of business for shared value.

 I am passionate and relentless about driving growth and change within business through setting and delivering business strategies to achieve business growth and transformation. My key strengths are within People leadership, putting the customer at the heart of what we do, retail, technology, sales, culture, and digital business transformation. • Completed 4 merger & acquisitions for growth the largest of £4.6M
• Delivered a strong ESG plan across business delivering a significant reduction in carbon footprint and awarded investors in environment 2016 and 2017 along with best new commer
• Non Exec for 3 other organisations in different sectors supported targeted growth for all pre and post Covid
• Delivered seven figure revenue growth and profit growth pre and post covid.
• Operated for 15 years in a restrictive franchise model, gaining great franchise experience and exposure, led and chaired the VMO2 franchise channel & community for 2.5 years.
